Change is the one thing all humans share, no matter our differences. It’s inevitable, inescapable, and often unpredictable.
Yet, when we talk about change in business, the conversation tends to focus on resistance, fatigue, and overwhelm. Why? Because we rarely pause to understand the nuances of how we experience change, transition, and transformation. Transitions are messy. And while we love the metaphor of caterpillars becoming butterflies, the reality is far more complex. Humans don’t live in a single cocoon—our lives are entangled, and so are our transitions.
